Although each Alfalit affiliate determines needs, plans and develops projects, and administer resources programs in its own country, Alfalit International, Inc., in Miami, supports, oversees and coordinates their work – overall administration, raising and distribution of funds supplies, educational and training support for staff, board members and volunteer tutors, general promotion and resource development, and publishing and distribution of books and other educational materials.
